Chukwuka’s experience as an innovation strategist, corporate development and consumer intelligence expert has positioned him to transform businesses both locally and internationally over the past 19 years.
He is adept in formulating innovative and execution-focused solutions to corporate and marketing problems. His experience covers various functions in several industries including financial services, telecoms, media, entertainment, retail and the public sector.
His passion for the development of the African continent led him to establish Ciuci (pronounced see you-see) Consulting with two main objectives – to provide advice to businesses in Africa, and to develop locally based human capacity amidst a challenging educational and economic environment. Today, Ciuci is rapidly evolving to become one of the leading indigenous African consulting firms. The company has successfully executed over 350 projects in the past 14 years and his passion for positive change has led Ciuci to execute several social impact initiatives aimed at highlighting capacity building as a critical element in corporate Nigeria and the society at large. This has engendered the company to execute some pro bono initiatives in the agriculture and healthcare sectors.
Over the course of his career, Chukwuka has been recognised as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent in Business and Entrepreneurship inside Africa; he has earned the Golden Bridge award for Most Innovative Executive of the year; he has been recognised as a Warner University Distinguished Alumni; he has also been the recipient of the “Who’s Who” in American Universities and Colleges’ award just to name a few.
In addition to his role as Managing Partner, Ciuci Consulting, Chukwuka is the inaugural Director General of Delta Economic Summit Group. The Group is set up to be a private sector led think tank focused on delivering positive and strategic change most especially economic development in Delta State.
Chukwuka has a Masters in Business Administration and a PGD in Strategy and Innovation, both from University of Oxford.
He has a BA in Business Administration from Warner University, Florida. He has also attended management programmes at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration program at University of Warwick, UK.
Charity Babatunde is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi), with a first degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University and a master’s degree from the University of Lagos. Charity is a Managing Partner at Ciuci Consulting, with expertise in human capital development and people experience.
An erudite and highly sought-after trainer, Charity has over 25 years’ eclectic work experience in the service, social, and banking sectors. She pioneered, structured, and implemented the management trainee program in one of Nigeria’s leading investment banks, which became a significant pipeline for talent in the banking and finance industry.
Certified by the DQ Institute, Singapore, as the pioneer DQ (Digital Intelligence Quotient) Ambassador in Africa, Charity continues to champion responsible digital citizenship by equipping the younger generation with the skills needed to navigate the digital world responsibly.
Her interest in people development has seen her speak on different topics, at various fora, to audiences across diverse generations.
Married with two young adult children, Charity is a blogger, an author, and is passionate about seeing Nigeria evolve into a nation where success is driven by values.
Ifeoma Monye is a seasoned management consultant, strategist, project execution and operations management specialist with over 18 years’ experience, who helps businesses build efficient systems and processes to drive optimal performance by providing them with the necessary tools required to build sustainable legacies and institutions.
She is responsible for Ciuci’s entire business operations. She is a certified Prince2 and MSP practitioner and has successfully planned and managed numerous projects and programs in the UK, US and Nigeria in various sectors including media, education, real estate, financial services, healthcare, hospitality and agriculture.
She completed the General Management Program and Key Executive Program both at Harvard Business School and has a degree in Economics and Politics (Hons) from the University of Essex, UK. She also attended the High Impact Leadership Course at Yale University organized by the Nigeria Leadership Initiative.
Her key knowledge areas include strategy, stakeholder management, business improvement, turnaround management, operations, wealth, project and program management.
She is passionate about holistic wellness and supporting the modern woman to be her most authentic self in life, work and home and founded The Pretty Balancing Act, a platform to support professional women live a balanced life, where every woman can have both a successful career and happy home without one detrimentally affecting the other.
She is currently the Vice President of International Women’s Society, Nigeria; a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria (IMC); Member, Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IOD); Fellow, Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI); Life Member, Women in Management and Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ); and Member, Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria (HBSAN).
Ifeoma is married with 2 beautiful children.
Ayodeji Adewale is an ICAN associate with over 20 years’ experience in both private and public organizations. He has an in-depth experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy, Financial Accounting, Statutory and Forensic Audit.
Adewale has performed financial reporting and book keeping activities for a variety of businesses in varying sectors of the economy creating, implementing, and managing budgets of organizations.
He is also experienced in tax services and in the development of corporate governance policies to ensure adherence to globally acceptable standards. He has an MBA in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University.
Roland has 25 years of experience in software engineering and project management at significant technology and telecommunications companies. He has expertise in large-scale software development (operating systems and programming environments), telecommunications protocols, standards development, and the recruitment and management of engineering teams. His experience includes large technology companies (MAI, Data General, AT&T) and classic Silicon Valley startups (Forethought, Go and Eo). He also spent almost four years as CTO for CLB Associates, a leading Silicon Valley strategic advisory and investment-banking firm.
Roland was the original developer of vCard, the “electronic business card” exchange format. He is the author of several computer textbooks, and was the prime contractor for the development of Internet services on several Pacific Island nations, including Micronesia and Guam. He uses his exceptional technical and strategic skills to advise clients, to assess the technological advantages and competitive landscape of intellectual property, and to review the scope of proposed alliances, partnerships and joint ventures. Beneath the technical brilliance, Roland is an artist at heart, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction from the California College of Arts and Crafts.
Chukwurah Ejidoh is an Associate Partner with over 15 years experience in administrative, personnel management and business process improvement roles in the financial services industry. Chukwurah is experienced and trained in business process management, with emphasis on process improvement using Six Sigma Lean (black belt) and BPM methodologies, tools and techniques; as well as ISO 9001 QMS Certified Training for Auditor/Lead Auditor. He is a qualified PRINCE2 project practitioner with experience in large and small sized project management. Some of which include; managing a statewide retail survey to determine key customer banking needs and requirement for a commercial bank in Nigeria. He also led the development of a process optimization plan for Treasury and Operations departments of the same bank.
