Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner


Job Description

 We are looking for an intelligent and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide secretarial, administrative and business support in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner on a variety of tasks.


  • Act as point of contact between the Managing Partner and everyone else
  • Screen and direct communication
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary as well as schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements and handle all logistics requirement
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • In charge of Managing Partner’s office


  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems, tools and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Having an MBA would be considered an advantage

Human Resource Manager (HR)


Job Description

 We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of our Human Resources.  The successful candidate will ensure that our human resources align with our business needs, strategies and objectives.


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage employee relations by addressing all issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


  • 3-5 years’ experience as a HR manager
  • People orien ted and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to create HR strategies
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Emotional intelligence and competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources will be an advantage
